Having been admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2010 and the High Court of Australia, Sarah practices in the family law team having gained additional experience in the area of personal injury.
Prior to coming to law, Sarah was practicing in the field of organisational psychology having obtained a Masters degree in psychology. Sarah has also completed a Masters degree in family law.
Sarah adopts a practical approach to resolving matters and has experience with property settlements including matters involving companies and trusts, self managed super funds, extensive property portfolios and high net worth clients. With experience in parenting matters also, Sarah has conducted matters involving relocation including international relocation and the Hague Convention, representing grandparents, matters involving complex parenting issues and has appeared in the Children’s Court.
Sarah is approachable and empathetic to the often stressful nature of separation while openly communicating with her clients.

Sarah can confidently represent you in achieving the settlement of your matter. She appears regularly in the Federal Circuit Court and the Family Court of Australia but can represent you in negotiating a settlement outside of the Court and at private mediations. Sarah adopts a strategic approach with the aim of avoiding protracted litigation while obtaining the best possible outcome for her clients.
