Natalie has experience in both Wills & Estates Law and Property Law. This allows her to handle conveyancing matters during the administration of a deceased estate.
Natalie Power graduated from Macquarie University with a Bachelor of Legal Studies in 1998 and, in the same year, was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
Natalie practices as a member of our Wills & Estates Team and is able to assist you with preparation of various documents including Wills, Powers of Attorney, Appointments of Enduring Guardian and Discretionary Testamentary Trusts. Natalie can assist with any estate needs when loved ones pass away. That assistance could include advice on what needs to be undertaken or assisting in an application for Probate or Letters of Administration to the Supreme Court.
Natalie also has many years experience in Property Law and Conveyancing and can assist you with matters including the buying and/or selling of your property, property development and mortgages.
Outside of work, Natalie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and keeping healthy.
