White Collar Crime – Typically refers to a corporate crime that is committed by individuals against companies.

Corporate Crime – Typically refers to a corporate crime that is committed by a company (or an agent of the company) against competitors, investors, creditors or individuals (members of the public).

A common example of a fraud corporate crime occurs when a second hand car dealer winds back the odometer on a vehicle deliberately in order to device a prospective customer.
