John Teague

Since being admitted as a Solicitor in November 1978, John has practised predominantly in the areas of Business, Commercial & Workplace Law and Conveyancing and Property Law.

He has extensive experience in large commercial property and mortgage transactions as a result of having over the years acted for developers and large mortgagees such as Citibank and Suncorp-Metway Ltd. John has also extensive experience in residential mortgage transactions, and previously acted for a number of mortgagees including Newcastle Permanent Building Society Limited, Wizard Home Loans Pty Limited, and AFIG Wholesale P/L.

John also has a keen interest in and practises in Estate Planning (including tax effective Wills and associated documents).

He is the Partner-in-Charge of our team of Conveyancing Lawyers and Commercial Lawyers.
