"Through working closely with John Teague and his team during the purchase of our first home recently, we came to understand his breadth of knowledge and professional experience. John was able to answer any question, at any time of day, through any type of communication, with layperson explanations. He was approachable, flexible and accommodated our needs without fuss. We felt confident that John had everything covered in terms of legal proceedings, which took such a weight off our shoulders during a stressful time! John went above and beyond the service we expected as we raced the clock for paperwork deadlines to secure our property and really cared about ensuring a good outcome for us. He would be our first point of call for any legal advice in the future without hesitation."

"I recently bought my very first investment property, a small unit in Hamilton. It had been quite a while since needing a solicitor and I was grateful when my Real Estate agent suggested Turnbull Hill to do my conveyancing. His referral was very justified. The whole process for me was very easy and straightforward, with all steps explained by John simply and succinctly. John made me feel very confident that everything was under control and well looked after. I would like to thank John and his staff for making my experience a very pleasant one. I would have no hesitation in recommending Turnbull Hill to family and friends. I look forward to purchasing my next investment property and knowing my conveyancing needs will be very well looked after."

John is an absolute delight and pleasure to deal with - He really shows genuine concern for his clients and this is why we have returned to the firm for the 3rd time in 12 months. Moving forward, Turnbull Hill Lawyers will remain our legal representation of choice."

"I went to Turnbull Hill for assistance when purchasing my first property and found the services of John Teague outstanding. The purchase began during the holiday period between Christmas and New Year, yet John was always available, incredibly patient and a source of excellent advice. He was very thorough, yet managed to complete negotiations promptly, ensuring that my bid for the property was successful against two others. Without his guidance I would not have been able to purchase the property. I would not hesitate to recommend John to anyone seeking to buy a property"
