About James

James joined Turnbull Hill Lawyers as a Paralegal within the General Litigation and Contested Estates team.

Having over 20 years of experience within customer relations, dispute resolution and Investigations, he is passionate about investigating all aspects of matters clearly, factually and objectively – to ensure all parties are well informed in order to achieve fair and reasonable outcomes.

Previously, he has worked within respected public and corporate sector organisations including the Energy and Water Ombudsman NSW (EWON) as a Dispute Team Lead and within Singapore Airlines (SIA), as their Regional Customer Relations Manager for AU/NZ.

Being able to convey complex information in a simple and transparent manner, is a key objective for James. Similarly, to work within teams that achieve successful results for their clients.

James is passionate about his young family, health/wellbeing and travel. Enjoying various activities including Mountain Biking, Snow Skiing and Outdoor Adventure travel. Similarly, loves good coffee in the region.
