Tina Smith is a Senior Paralegal within the Wills & Estates Team.

Tina’s progression into the legal field started not long after finishing high school when she was offered a junior admin role for a busy law firm in Mayfield. She found an interest in Family Law and the challenge of litigation so eagerly progressed into a paralegal position.

She commenced working with Turnbull Hill Lawyers in 2003. In 2010, deciding on a sea change, Tina, her husband, and their three children moved to Mackay. She continued to work in the legal industry, this time as a Paralegal in Commercial Litigation and Debt Recovery.

Returning to Newcastle in 2014, Tina was lucky to again be offered a position with Turnbull Hill Lawyers. Her experience and knowledge in a variety of areas is proven in her ability to deal efficiently with workloads and having attention to clients needs, whether it be Estate Planning, or dealing with a passed loved one’s Estate.
