With regards to Family Law, Allysha has been trained in Mediation and Family Dispute Resolution and consequently will always, where possible, aim to avoid litigation. Allysha is an effective negotiator and will endeavour firstly to settle your Family Law matter outside of Court. This approach saves you stress and additional expense. Allysha can advise you in relation to including; property settlements, adoption, parenting matters, applications for divorce, annulment applications, child support, contravention, recovery and relocation proceedings.
Allysha regularly appears at Court for all matters including licensing appeals, traffic offences, drug offences and violence related matters and Apprehended Domestic Violence Orders, representing both Applicants and Defendants.
