Rebecca Flick - Family Law and De Facto Law & Criminal Law - Turnbull Hill Lawyers

Rebecca Flick

Rebecca graduated from the University of New England, Armidale in 2003 with Bachelor of Law with Honours (in Family Law) and a Bachelor of Commerce.

She has also undertaken prior to her admission practical legal training in the Newcastle and Hunter areas since 2001.
Working as a litigation lawyer since her admission, Rebecca has had the opportunity to become competent in a number of areas of legal practice.

Rebecca works as part of the Family Law and Criminal Law Teams. She also assists the Business & Corporate Team in relation to Local Government and Environmental Planning & Assessment matters.

She has successfully negotiated Terms of Settlement for married and defacto partners and had carriage of a number of defended proceedings in the Federal Magistrates Court and Family Court in relation to both property and children issues.

In the Criminal arena, Rebecca has solid experience in all Courts, entering pleas and making Submissions on sentencing in a variety of criminal matters and, as well, she has represented many clients in defending a whole range of criminal charges. Her Criminal Law experience also includes her having prosecuted cases on behalf of Local Government and State Government bodies.

Rebecca enjoys being involved with the local community, including speaking to students at local high schools and assisting high school students in the NSW Law Society Mock Trial competitions.
