Since being admitted as a Solicitor in November 1978, John has practised predominantly in the areas of Conveyancing and Property Law. He also has extensive experience in large commercial lending transactions as a result of having over the years acted for large mortgagees such as Citibank, AGC Finance Limited, Beneficial Finance Corporation and Suncorp-Metway Ltd. John has also extensive experience in residential mortgage transactions, and presently acts for a number of mortgagees including Newcastle Permanent Building Society Limited, Wizard Home Loans Pty Limited, and AFIG Wholesale P/L. John also has a keen interest in and practises in Estate Planning (including tax effective Wills and associated documents). John is the Partner in charge of our Business and Corporate Law Team, Property Law Team and Mortgage Team. Areas of Specialisation:
