Warwick has over 25 years of legal experience acting in a wide variety of jurisdictions. He has acted for a Local Council in cases before the Land and Environment Court, and the Local Court in regard to matters involving rating appeals, development applications and water restriction prosecutions. His experience includes appearing before the High Court in regard to rural rating. He also for a number of years represented an Abattoir County Council in matters including enforcement summons under the then Ordinance 66I.

Warwick’s experience includes advising Mayors, Councillors and Council Officers as to their legal obligation, meeting procedure and defamation. He has been involved as a Partner in a legal practice which acted for a Council on the sale of land. He has also represented a Councillor from an Electricity County Council before the Independent Commission Against Corruption.

Warwick has appeared for people before the Courts in Sydney, Parramatta, Canberra, Newcastle and country New South Wales. This has included representing Council staff and Councillors.

Warwick is also an Accredited Family Law Specialist.
