Natalie was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in February 2002. She joined Turnbull Hill Lawyers in March 2003. Natalie has over 5 years experience acting for clients in contested Will and Estate matters.   Natalie acts on behalf of people who have been left out of a Will, or treated unfairly, as well as    acting for Executors or beneficiaries who are trying to uphold the terms of a Will being contested. Natalie also has experience acting in matters where it is alleged the          Will-maker did not have sufficient mental capacity, and in matters where fraud or    forgery has been alleged. In addition, Natalie has acted in matters involving disputes between Executors.   She keeps up to date with the latest decisions of the Supreme Court in relation to contested Will and Estate matters, and so is well equipped to   advise clients in these matters.

Natalie recognises the importance of resolving matters by negotiation, if possible, so as to minimise disharmony between family members. However, if Court proceedings become necessary, she has the experience and knowledge to guide clients through the Court process.

Natalie enjoys working with people. She recognises these matters can be very stressful for everyone involved, and aims to minimise this stress by ensuring clients understand and appreciate the issues involved.

Outside of the law, Natalie is a keen tennis player, and likes to keep fit by jogging. Natalie is a mother of one, who enjoys spending time with her young daughter.
