Gavin assists business owners to establish and maintain a productive workplace culture by working with them to come up with the best ways to recruit and engage employees for their business, to look after the wellbeing of those employees and to manage their performance. He advises on a broad range of workplace issues, including workplace performance and culture, employment contracts, workplace agreements, awards, NAPSAs, employee entitlements, executive contracts, post employment restraints, disciplinary and termination issues, redundancy, workers compensation, independent contractors, dispute resolution, anti discrimination, occupational health & safety, equal employment opportunity, workplace investigations. He represents clients in employment and related proceedings in courts and tribunals and is a member of one of Australia’s leading mediation organisations, LEADR.
