Brian is a former partner of Turnbull Hill Lawyers. He is still a member of our Criminal Law Team. An Accredited Specialist in Criminal Law, Brian has had over 45 years working in the court system, and as such has an intimate knowledge of the workings of the courts. Brian is also a trained and qualified mediator. He is a former President of the Australian and New Zealand Sports Law Association and former chairman of the National Sports Dispute Centre. He has lectured at the University of Newcastle and Griffith University, Queensland. He is on the inaugurate committee of ASPE – an academy of International Sports Lawyers and Executives with its headquarters in London and meets regularly at various cities around the world.
