Hailing from rural NSW, Adrian worked in Sydney for three years prior to commencing with Turnbull Hill Lawyers in 2002, after finding his permanent home with his family in Newcastle. Adrian practises principally in our Contested Wills and Estates section, with previous experience in general litigation. Adrian had primary carriage for the successful appellant in the landmark NSW Court of Appeal contested wills case, Nicholls v Hall & Ors [2007] NSWCA 356. Adrian also maintained carriage for the successful parties in other cases including: McGowan v Waites [2006] NSWSC 465 Baker v Colyer [2007] NSWSC 1225 Ulcej v Hannink [2008] NSWSC 479 Outside of work, Adrian's interests include animal welfare, spending time with his family and his main personal interest of training in Krav Maga. Adrian is an avid trivia and movie buff, welcoming any trivia competition. He is a Captain in the Australian Army, having served in the Armoured and Engineer Corps since commissioning in 1996.
